I tried launching the game, but the game screen doesn't appear properly. After clicking 'Start Game,' a white game window shows for about 2 seconds before crashing. I can't open at all. I attempted installing adult patches and followed tutorials, but it still won't open. I also uninstalled and reinstalled it, but that didn't work either. I don't know why this happend, how can I fix this?

Btw, I also downloaded your new Game Symbiant II, but it fails to launch just like the previous issue I described - the window appears briefly then crashes. I initially downloaded it on Steam, and when that didn't work, I tried downloading it again here (from your official platform), but the problem persists. What should I do to resolve this?
