Me (musician & sound) and https://butterrrrr.itch.io/ (pixel artist) are looking to create a small team to create a story-driven RPG that has old-school fire emblem/final fantasy vibes (with some basic class system, combat, etc.). This is unpaid and really more of a passion project that we wanted to work on longer term. 

What we're looking for:

• Help with creating/writing the story for the world & player immersion
• Help with developing the core gameplay/mechanics

I'm a RPG Maker MV based programmer, focusing on event editing, stats setting, poor on stories and vx making though

I also had several coding experiences on Techtree and SynthesisSystem plugins (never met somebody to use it)

I personally advice you to use RPG Maker on such projects, but it's okay to use other engines as I could also offer some help too!
