We need more context to troubleshoot. Can you please share screenshots of the following from your project?

- Plugin Manager List

- Core Engine Parameters Page

- Console Log at the time of the Error (press F8 when the Error Happens and then click on the Console tab at the top of the Window)

Once we have these we will better be able to diagnose your issue.
