The power went out (day 5 i think) and i turned on all of the modules in the breaker box room, but it's been about half a day and the power is still off. Do i need to find another source of power or something? 

Go fix the transformers they need to be reset regularly. type "tr.check" in the console, this should show you the power levels of the transformers. Presumably at least one of them is at zero. then target the transformer you need to repair using the "sv.target" command in the console. So if TR_1 is at 0 then you type "sv.target TR_1" this will make the red point of your compass lead to that location.

You can find the disconnected generator by wire. Not far from the base, behind the bunker, there is an electrical panel, from where wires run to three transformers. The wires to the transformer that is disconnected will spark. This is an easy way to determine which transformer has turned off and where it is located, but do not forget about the above so that the electricity does not turn off.
