I have gotten the plug in but I can't seem to figure out how to make it so other actors can equip and I can see the other actors stats. Also it seem that formations is unacceptable.

I have tried making the other actors the leader but it's still only looks at the stats and equips for the first actor.

Huh, are you sure you're asking in the right plugin page? This is Pictures UI Creator, which isn't related to multi character or formation.
