I want to get the Android version of the game but i have a question. If i buy the game, do i get a Steam code that i have to use on a Steam account and then get the Android version from that or how does that work? Is there a way to just get the Android version of the game?

Steam doesn't have any functionality for android games, so itch is the only way to get it for now.

 
When you buy the game on itch you automatically get all versions and can download the APK here if you just want the android version.
