so every time im at the title screen, a sound effect plays saying "flayshn" (the same thing the mutants say after a run starts) over and over. i tried checking a few sound files but i couldnt find what it was. any help would be nice, thanks!

Usually this means that you have installed NTT on of a different game version - NTT patcher copies the audio files from the base game, but their order differs by the game version.

99xx versions of NTT have to be installed over the modbranch_2021 branch.

An NTT build matching the newest game beta can be currently found on the ntt_development branch.
