21159效果为玩家无法通过卡牌效果重整，但是在回合结束时是可以重整的。但是目前回合结束也无法重整

Thank you for reporting the issue with the card “21159” (Unnatural Storm).

You are correct; this card should not prevent you from readying your card during the end of the player phase. We’ve logged the bug and will implement a fix in our next update.
