I'm already part 4 of the war arc. Tracked Katos and for some reason he's no longer being affected with lust attacks. How do you get Katos' scene?

Edit: Nvm... Just read the patch notes. Thought Katos is permanently dead after part 4

After completing the quest to wear Chet's armor, he will give you a book that teaches you how to seduce a Katos.
