i still haven't received the money even though it's been at least $5 and email support for over 7 days since 9/6 i sent it, please i've been waiting over a month

You seem to have misunderstood how our payout system works, nor have you have not requested a payout for us to review and appropriately pay. Your screenshot also shows that you have not provided any tax information to your account, which you need to do in order to start receiving payouts. Please consult your ticket for more information.
