First, try disabling your headset's wifi, and see if the app will launch. If it does, go to the HereSphere user settings and disable the "Network smb device scan" toggle. You can then re-enable your wifi. Else, try uninstalling the app, and then reinstall the app. This will wipe your saved data, though.
