Hello Ryen, I've been playing this game in mobile for a while now, yet I've been having troubles finding out how to get recruits, is there a specific building or interaction to get them? I've been really struggling on this for a while now, resulting on me being incapable of advancing the events of multiple characters.

P.S - I already built the barracks or the facilities in order to train the recruits to my specific tastes

There is a sparkling icon on the country overview map near the turn end and exit buttons which brings you to a special screen to manage some of your country stuff, like the delegates. Pretty much in the center of this screen are three blue icons with the text "Troops in training" below it. This is where you train recruits.
