Dune – fantastic stone in the sky

Sand. And sky. Everything is so light tone. Yellow sand. Orange sand. And sky. And, so, amongst the dunes. You find out a stone. It is waving in the air. What is it? Magic? Ancients? Artifact? Aliens?

Stone is waving in the air, with no move. Hot air of desert. And black stone, that is hanging in the air. If to look more carefully, and come closer. So, you can see, that it is little with moving.

Visual intro. With a form of a small program. It runs some animation. Screen resolution is 800 x 533. And with the music. Atmosphere track. Visual component. Visual. Written with Qb64.

Hot and mysterious. One tone color dune. And, in the sky, it is a stone. Dune. They are all similar. And there are millions of them in the desert. Thousands. And, so, once, after one more casual high sand mountain. There is a place – maybe, for a magic, maybe, for science fiction. It is a point of view. Or the way to apply intro. Of course, word Dune, associates not only with desert and desert landscape.

Also, there is a famous series of computer games with same title. For example, Dune 2, strategy for MS DOS. Or, some more modern version like Dune 2000, for example. And, it was something about this in my head. But, I have no vision or ideas about certain this universe. It is simply some reference. To fantastic universe.   

Fantastic theme. For idea. To run into some unusual. Amongst the casual things. Desert - it is a boring place. Everything is same. Everything on repeat. And so, at last, after one thousand dune, you left behind. After thousands of mountains made of sand. When eye even get tired to watch these.

Stone, that is in the air. A little to shake. Black. More close to triangle form. But, not certain this form. Big boulder. Massive. Massive object, that is hanging in the air. Maybe, it waits for you, stranger? Or who knows how long it is here? And where it come from? This is a mystery. Mystery of desert. Sands. Mystery of the dune.

Stone. Hidden mystery. Meteor. A sender from another planets. Lonely alien in sands. Math puzzle. Mystification. Something from space. From distant corners of universe. Meteors, in the end of the ends, are often to fall at Earth. Saying the truth, lots of them in Antarctica, scientists try to find. It is comfortable. But, in sands, maybe, it is, also, possible. Puzzle for a scientist. Mystification for a people with imagination based mind.

Something unknown. Stable. And calm. And, maybe, it hides danger inside? Who knows. This is simply an intro. Little program with Qb64. Danger is inside the stone. When it will be opened, something to happen. Some event. Information. Energy. With movement. Something to happen.

And, maybe, stone simply fly from another planet. Dangerous. Like those speaking stones in Dead Space. Whisper in the night. Or alien from another planet. Lighthouse. Or welcome words from distant aliens. Absolutely not evil.  But, same time, absolutely unknown, what the way to speak with it and how to activate it. One word - puzzle.

Tv series. Maybe, tv series or movies. About sand. Where there is sand, and there is not enough of magic or science fiction. Well, at least a little. Maybe, movie Dune. It winds ideas. Of course, it winds a desert wind from that side. Sand is at my keyboard. So, I blew it out.

Such artistic thoughts were in my head for create this visual sequence. New visual. New program.

Dune Flight – fantastic flight in sands

Visual. About theme – flight in desert. Something like hang glider. Or glider. With something light and like air. That can twist and turns in flight. In a thickness of air. Up and down. Maybe, a bird. Maybe, a bird flight.

And, again - sand.  Sands. Desert. This time, another color of the sand. And, you move forward and forward. There – beyond horizon. Movement about rather high height. But, the only thing, you can see – it is monochromatic dune. All around – only sand.

Whole sandbox with a sand for you. And, you like spectator, fly with some height. And, watch, look. You are moving forward. But, someway, sometimes you can get closer to the ground, some time - make a distance more from the ground. This is a feature of flight.

And, sand from the height, is looks like, it is something interesting and beautiful. As a sea with sand. As some drink. Waves. Maybe, coffee. But, this is only sand. Looks like, it is smooth. But, these are dune. And, you just fly through them. Somewhere in a far.

Visual is about theme – flight through dune. Flight across the desert. Simply, flight across sand. Maybe, with some fantastic vehicle. Some fantastic, never seen here airplane or something like you can fly with. Like a bird. To take off and move forward.

Animation is made with one photography. But, it is sliced with parts. At the top - sky. It is not moves. And next, middle part – it is part of the sky between higher sky and dune. It is changing all the time with size. First, it grows, and next getting smaller. And, third fragment – they are dune with small piece of sky. It is simply moves up and down.

In terms of practice with programming language Qb64. It was interesting to create all of these. To try different ways, and stop with this one. It is summer behind the window. And, I am programming with Basic. Something about a sand and hot weather. Beautiful. Summer only begun. It is behind the wind window already. Theme of hot. Summer. Sun. Sand. Such a fantastic sci fi flight.

Moon - gray stone, which attracts

Moon. For sometime, it is so magical and with big attraction for me. This piece of stone, that is hanging above our heads. We are get used to it. But, as a real thing, few of us was there. Attraction of space. True one. Complex. Space spacy. A huge open space. There are lots of most different moons there.

And, we have a moon. This is very valuable. It has so deserted landscape. It has some variations with its look, because of asteroids. Moon - it is interesting theme. Space theme. Start to space - it is moon. A rare luck. This is so close. Moon it is a big theme for interest. Step to astronomy. First step to the stars. There - into unknown. For clever ones. As Star Trek 80s years. For example. All of these can be started with moon. I think so.

And, this is intro. Moon photography. And music. Atmosphere style. And, we are, something like, near the moon. Rather close. And, we can see it as a round ball. Big and round. Stone. This way, we can say about moon. Gray surface. With higher places. And goes deeper places. Landscape is made after striking asteroids. Gray and calm. Calm moon sand. Already - just wave a hand, touch with hand, almost.

And screen of starship is waving left-right. It is better to make correction of your travel course all the time. So, moon is running to the left. So, now, it is running to the right. And, there, it is located a big eternity. Out of darkness. With such depth - you can see only darkness. Endless night. Looks like, we are in the big night. But night of space. And, this is moon. Our life buoy.

It is cozy moon little sand. It is so nice to touch. Almost like Earth kind. Moon sand. Moon dust. And to the top, to look above, it is, maybe, possible to see stars. With their so far distance light. White and cold. Theme of moon - it is a big interest for me. And, I cannot go aside. So, this is moon. With a big form of view. Like a stone. Like a gray sand. Astronomy object. It should to be lots of this kind of moons in space. And first moon - we can see in our sky. First mystery. Step to sci fi. Fantastic moon.

Intro. Visual. Simple intro. Dedicated to the moon. Simply, image is moving left and right. But, this makes some impression. Moon - it is a big thing. There are things, you can look at. If you have never seen things this kind before. I wake up, again. And see the moon. This is so unusual!

Continue of a space theme. It was already - a tv fly in space. Sarah Brightman or Sarah Brightman with spirit of science fiction, princess Leia from planet ocean, fly in space. Or Sarah Brightman, same as princess Leia from Star Wars fly in space. And now it is turn for mysterious moon.

Spectacular view. You can observe moon. It pushes you to see the edge of the world also. Space - it is edge of the world. A small piece, where we live. For us, actually, it is endless. And huge. A lot of things are hiding there. How much moons are hiding there, in darkness?

Moon flight - mission to the moon

This is visual. Small program. Intro, written with programming language Qb64. And it uses images. And effects with them. Such as move of the image. Zoom. Change position at the screen. With atmosphere kind music.

This is theme - moon flight. Moon - this big space object. Something like a planet. But, with less in size. But, still big, anyway. And, it has its own strange moon world. A world of gray sand. Which is open to space. And for asteroids stones. A true space object.

It is, almost, science mission. Flight to that point. But, it is only a sequence with pictures and music. Visual. About theme - mysterious flight. Science mission. Or some another mission. Who knows, maybe, it is, already, a future. And flight to other moons - it is a casual thing. Well, it is only better to have a purpose. Why we need to fly there. And let`s start a flight.

Moon is covered with moon surface. Dust, sand. Mountains. And deeper places. After strike craters. It is gray and so attracting. Especially, as you approaching. So, this is a moon with big view. So, we are approaching. And, it is often here to use effect of image zoom. Yes, QB64 has built in function this kind. It is comfortable, and not hard in use. Everything behind - it is a fantastic thing to do.  

Next, we see second fragment. This is moon. Surface, upper side of the moon. And below - darkness. It is so dark and mysterious in space. We are approaching. Again, zoom image effect. All these things are with screen resolution 800x 800. Such a little square. Like movie camera. Or space ship. Front part. Observer view screen. And, we see what the way we move, according our space course.

And, we see at the left - bright craters. Let`s try there. For this purpose, let`s move aside. And, let`s make it to see moon at upper position. And, below - we see so strange dark line. This is most complex animation for now for version 0.2. Whole three photographs. Atmosphere style music. And different effects with image. Zoom, move. It is very interesting! This is virtual adventure to the moon. So, puzzle soon be easy to see. At least, we will see what is here. And heart beating is so easy to feel. We are approaching to point of mystery.

And, third frame. Big zoom of moon surface. Gray surface. As desert or plains. There are craters. Different size. It is so strange and empty like gray landscape. You watch it - like charmed. Anyway, moon is attracting as magnet. Not only lunatics, but, also, a scientists and dreamers. Amazing this thing - moon. Moon surface has its own world. Its own landscape. Moon world. So, here we are, at last. Once again, let`s get surprised after gray color. And craters. These, can describe moon. I think. Craters and gray color. Sand and craters. Plains and craters. Gray color. Dark and mysterious. For this purpose, they are - puzzles - to solve them! Especially, in space, with the space ship.

Like Tiberius Kirk, we are doing maneuver. Approaching. Watch closer. Closer. Spectacular view. This speaks imagination with form of Spock. Engineer science. And we are doing maneuvers. In space, you need all the time to do maneuvers. At the top, it is dark black space. Absolute darkness. Just like, there is nothing there. Or, whole ocean, that is hiding in depth, under the surface. Goodbye moon. Our main mystery and puzzle. Aim. Mission.

And, we are leaving. With idea - not to crash. We are going backwards, like this. And, move forward. Our maneuver completed. Course done. We have seen moon. With heart beating, we say goodbye to the moon. This was such a space adventure. Full animation is about 2 minutes. For version 0.2 it is biggest work. Space -complex. Calculations. Maneuvers. Visual I version 0.2 "second" - sand and moon

New version of pack Visual. They are small programs, written with QB64. For interest. It is something visual is  there. Space, for example. Stars are shining. Or Sarah Brightman with look image of princess Leia,which is flying in space. True star in space. Even two of them. Two in one. So, it was with version 0.1.

And, this is, already, second version. Number 0.2. And code word - second. Mysterious. And, so, cycle style. Visual intros. Plus 4 intros. Plus 4 visual. Here it is sand and moon. Desert and space. Fantastic. Sci fi. Mystic. Magic. Science. Science fiction. Desert - it is a big sea. Space - it is a big sea. There is a magic stone in sands. Which is waving some mysterious way. And there is a moon in space. Big round gray thing. So mysterious. Interesting, this stone from sand, is not it from the moon? This is for artistic vision, for interest. Dive into theme.

This time - it is summer. And, it is waving with dune. A computer game about a distant planet with sand. Dynamical strategy with real time. Stories of Frank Herbert. And even a movie. So, all of these, raised in my memory. Some atmosphere of something familiar. As desert. Dune. Nothing interesting. All the same. And, at the same point - it can be place for magic and science. Stone is waving in the air. Aliens? New tech? This is, already, interesting puzzle!

Flight in sands. Just like with light flying machine from dune. Or from fantastic story. As a mechanical fly, such with a wings, is flying in sands.

Big round theme - it is moon. This time, I am charmed with moon. I don`t know. I am interesting with this now. And, first time, I watch pictures with moon. Big zoom. So strange. As desert. But gray. And with craters. Just like - from the memory something recall. Something familiar. But, with this space cycle, it looks this way. Gray desert. Thoughtfully look. Mysterious.

Nothing left, except to fly to this moon. And, for sure, I need to have time to make it, with this space cycle. Mission to the moon. Most valuable! Most complex animation with this version! Mission to the moon. Maneuvers. With my case, I just write simple programs with Qb64. And, I am dreaming a lot. Maneuvers - it is effects with pictures. QB64 can load jpeg files. And, do manipulations with them. To move side. And, I have fun with this!

Anyway, moon it is such a strange thing. And, so, we are going to the space. Black screen in the end. As film ending. Wow, that movies, you know. Wow, these intros with Basic!
