Suggestion: A restraints-only mode for perk shrines in settings

Some perks don't feel so hot, but being forced to wear more restraints each level does!

Or, it's nice if we can forbid some perks from appearing in the shrines, by maybe paying the negation of their points? Maybe even stricter, forbidding positive perks doesn't affect points, but to forbid negative perks you must pay.

"Bondage: Mandatory" exists in shrine config on game start. There are restraints which are too easy to get out of before lock expiration in the list though.
Whopping +82 Tickle Resist perk, which (as far as I recall) translates into 10% or so reduction of damage which is dealt (if I remember correctly) in batches of up to 30 per hit at best is basically nothing. And there are many more junk perks like that.
If you're looking forward to becoming wrapped like a Christmas gift over time, Minefield + Panic (Traps) (+ Panic (Chests) for a good measure) offers something quite like that. Especially on lategame tilesets, where trap tiles are exceptionally hard to see.

This wouldnt be a bad addition I think. I was also thinking about adding temporary bonuses (even something simple like “get a magic sword” or something in case the other perks dont look good to you)
