Hi there. I have an issue where even after deleting the game download from my mac and redownloading, the game crashes when I click "load save" or even after starting a new playthrough and attempting to save. I have tried reading all of the "help me" guides and other users' posts and comment threads but have not yet found a solution. If there's a better place for me to ask for help, I'm more than happy to make a post there. I can provide the full traceback code if that helps clear up what the issue is.
