Hi, I would like to purchase this game, id like to buy the itch io version because it has android version of the game while steam isnt. My biggest worry is that when I complete it on android, could I backup the saves on to a file and send it to my PC for storage? Or are there cloud saving system? Sorry for copy and pasting topic this onto another game because the content is the same.

Sorry there is no cloud save system for this game. You may be able to transfer the files manually.... 
Also there is a cheat option so you could just use that to reach the same stage in the game as your previous playthrough
