I had some delays this month but that gave me some time to think and plan better for how the final game will work. There's a lot to do before the game has every feature I want and art that I'm happy with so I've listed the most important milestones along the way to whet your appetite for things to come! There's a lot of other little bits I'll be adding that aren't worth a dedicated update, and each update will add some polish to things already added, but the complete version of the game must have all of these.

v0.3 - NPCs

You aren't the only one who has been shrunk! Scattered throughout the dorm are a number of fellow tinies and you can work with them to improve your chances of survival. Give them daily tasks, such as gathering food, and watch your stockpile grow! Check in with them regularly to keep an eye on their needs and wants. Remember that a happy worker is a productive worker. Build your relationships from stranger to friend, then perhaps from friend to something more... intimate.

v0.4 - UI Overhaul

Right now just about everything you can do in the game requires a menu. That's boring to look at and ruins any sense of immersion so I'll replace everything I can with "in world" objects you interact with. That also means I can hide some secrets in plain sight...

Another major part of this update will be a settings menu where you can tweak every variable. Just because I'm making a game doesn't mean I know how to make it the most fun for everyone. Think you are being seen too often? Turn down the risk level! Want to struggle more for every meal? Make food harder to find!

v0.5 - New Locations and Giantesses

The dorm is a big place and you'll quickly find some rooms are more dangerous than others. The laundry is scarce in food but with some risk (and luck) you can stow away in a giantess' laundry basket for a quick journey to a new room. Keep in mind that some of the giantess' are noticing their new roommates, and affection from someone that large can be just as dangerous as disdain...

v0.6 - Main Story First Draft

It may have been dwelling in the back of your mind - how did you get shrunk? A new location and a new giantess will explain everything, but there's no guarantee you can regain your original size (if you even want to!)

You'll need to build relationships with NPCs, travel to new locations, and complete quests to reach the end game. Not everyone can be trusted...

v0.7 - Art Overhaul!

The game will be most of the way to feature complete so I will finally start replacing placeholder art with drawings that don't scar your eyeballs. This will no doubt be the most work of any version and to stop myself getting bored or burned out I'll still be adding a few new events, characters and game mechanics at this point.

v0.8 - Story Overhaul

Until here any characters and stories will be quick and dirty first drafts. I'll be tweaking and editing constantly between updates but this will be the where I do nothing but write. Existing stories will be expanded and new stories will be added to fill the gaps until the world feels truly gigantic and alive.

v0.9 - ???

Who knows what the future holds! Everything will have been done with the goal of making it easy to add more locations, more NPCs, more giantesses, and more stories and this will be where I put that work to the test. I also have some looooong term plans that may not even be possible so I won't make any promises yet...

v1.0 - Game Completion

Story = complete! Art = polished! Game = DONE! No doubt I'll keep adding more content for a long time but at this point I'll start work on one of the other projects in my backlog...

Aww man, i can't wait for 0.3v!

It's taking a little longer than I planned but the test version should be up on my patreon by the end of the week!

Does the game currently end at the vent?  I've gotten everything upgraded after 30+ days that I never have any concerns for health.  If I try to unscrew the vent, though, I keep getting an exception, so I was figuring maybe that was where the story currently ends.

There was meant to be another room but there were some drastic bugs that stopped it working. The next version will fix all that but it won't work with your current save sorry!

Okie doke.  Not a problem.  Now that I have a strategy in place, I should have a much easier time getting to that point.
