I have tried multiple times to install my game via the Itch app on windows and it fails every time.

To make matter worse, I am unable to send reports as well.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I can install my game from the web just fine, but I want my testers to get automatic updates and wanted to use the itch app to do so.
