So long as you have paid for it and give credit in your game to "Jason R. Godding" for making the plugin, it can be used in any RPG Maker MV/MZ project. Same goes for any other plugin in my shop (two of them don't require payment, but please include the credit for those as well if you use them.)
Slight correction to above: the project must be a game, not a plugin showcase. Latest version of the MZ plugin is a little more clear on the point. (Didn't occur to me to change it when I updated the MV plugin, but consider the terms the same.)
