You'll have to collect all three bottles of milk that are scattered around the Estate. There's one in the Kitchen of the house that you start in, 
second milk is found in the apple shed after finishing the apple-shooting mini game (you might need to leave the shed and then go back in, I
don't quite remember), and the third one is found after the third mini game in the Well house (this one you for sure need to leave the area
and then go back in before the milk can spawn in to the map). The third one will seem inaccessible, but interacting with the square directly across from it will have X2 grab it with telekinesis.
Easiest way to get the immobile ending is to drink all three milks as soon as you find them, and then return to the base to complete X2's
formula.

You don't have to worry about the Unify or Divide routes (or the keys) if all you're trying to do is get the immobile ending, as your ending size
isn't affected by those.
