It seems that Utopia doesn't increase the ally limit when all allies have the X-Men trait.

Thank you for reporting the issue with card “33020” (Utopia) in version 0.5.9.56.

We are unable to reproduce the bug; “33020” increases the ally limit by one when all allies have the “X-MEN” trait on our end.

Could you please provide a save file where you encountered this issue? It would greatly assist us in diagnosing the problem.
