I don't believe so. You can get her to take her top off in the shop, but I don't recall if that's a Patron-Exclusive feature. But, last time I played was v0.20, so things might've changed since. I'm sure they'd list it in the patch notes for each of the versions, so I'd check there if you wanted to be sure. I would be SHOCKED if there wasn't a Vanilla sex scene of some sort before the game is finished, even if it is some sort of 100%-completion reward or it costs like 10 billion FunBucks.
