I downloaded it but when i tried to extract it it kept on saying that the extraction had failed. Does anyone know how to help with this error?

your internet may have been a little spotty when the game downloaded and it didnt download correctly

i recommend deleting it and redownloading it

you may also not have enough room or youre extracting to a location that your pc cant locate, try extracting onto your desktop if possible after redownloading
