hmmm i have no idea how linux works please forgive me, but were you able to unzip the file? on my end it should have a .desktop file names "shes still alive" in the folder

if zip files dont work though i can see if i can upload it differently!

well considering im the person in the irl pics in the game and shes modeled after me and i weigh 99 pounds irl, i can confidently say, yes she is.

she's/i'm 5'3", so not very tall so the weight is distributed differently.

i can see if rpgmaker MV has the option for linux! i think it has a few different options to export, but this is my first time using MV so ill need to mess around and figure it out! 

its supposed to be open ended and vague so you can fill in the blanks with your own thoughts, theories and ideas

(though if you pay close attention to details, it's pretty straight forward what happened)

the game only saves at the start of each day! but you should be able to load the saves anytime you want with the esc key 

im so glad you guys enjoyed it ! and dont worry! it is purely fictional, we just wanted to make a spooky story while also imbuing it with some of the struggles with mental illness we've gone through in the past or have to deal with on the day to day in our lives! 

this game touches on some of our intrusive fears we have that are caused by the uncertainty caused by our mental illnesses. 

the game is not a mirror of our lives though and we actually have a very healthy relationship and dont act like the characters in the game in real life XD they just look like us and have our names because we are the actors in the real life photos used in the game and it felt more personal to use characters that are more or less "self inserts" because the game handles very serious topics and it just felt deeper to work on something like that

i do struggle with severe depression and stress induced disordered eating but i have made incredible progress since getting with my husband and he struggles with PTSD while also having to be a legal caretaker to someone with mental illnesses

thank you so much!! it was so much fun to watch your playthrough, i really appreciate you taking the time to check everything out and your introspection at the end! ive seen a lot of different interpretations for what they think is happening, but your perceptive on depression and also the pov of someone taking care of someone like that was spot on! thank you again for checking it out! this is our most serious game so far as we like to have an air on comedy to our other horror titles so i appreciate the way you approached it!

there is a house in the static maze, unfortunately its quite a large maze so you just need to keep looking ;;;;;

the area with the phone buttons you step on and wires is for bonus exploration stuff !

its in the first dream thats rust colored and dark where you find the lighter and ride conveyor belts. after you pick up the lighter in the first room go to the right wall and go down a little, theres a burnt bed frame and the diary page is next to it!

thats base files that come with rpgmaker, i cant remove them without messing up the engine

you can save on the diaries throughout the game (in randalls closet, in a couple select rooms of the hospital and scattered through out the dreams) or if youre playing as mya, you can save by clicking on her cat

interested in this plugin, but wanted to ask first! does this give the option to completely remove certain options from the menu? i want to remove "always dash" COMPLETELY from the options menu but cant find a plugin that does that so i wanted to ask if this one can do that. thank you !

you dont have f1 buttons? you dont need them to play the game, the game will just be kind of a small window

what exactly is it doing that makes it so you cant play it?

on either the day where you meet mya at the gas station or the day you go to the hospital, you can take a detour and go to the other floors of the apartment (before you meet mya or before you leave the apartment to go to the pharmacy). the cartridge is in one of the apartment rooms on one of the apartment floors.

it will be back in the full uncanny valley game! im trying to fund it right now ^w^

your internet may have been a little spotty when the game downloaded and it didnt download correctly

i recommend deleting it and redownloading it

you may also not have enough room or youre extracting to a location that your pc cant locate, try extracting onto your desktop if possible after redownloading

you should be able to delete it, im assuming its still running in the background which would make it so you cant delete it (all applications if running in the background will be like that)

you can either open task manager and find where the program is running, or restart your computer and then delete the file 

im sorry youre having trouble running the game, do you know if youre running a 32 or 64 bit computer? it may have some trouble on 32 bit. the other thing that could be wrong would be your graphics drivers may be out of date and its freezing up trying to run it

thats weird, the game doesnt use a gothic font ^^;;; 

that might be something in the rpgmaker vanilla assets that you dont have in your computer

its in one of the apartments in the hallways! you cant go in unless you get the photo out of randalls dresser on the first night or first day though! you can explore the different apartment floors before meeting mya at the gas station or before going to the pharmacy ^w^

yes of course, it sounds like your computer is experiencing an FPS lag issue.

my recommendation is to close the game, restart your computer and run the game as administrator with no other programs running at the same time and see if that solves the lag! the game is kind of big so it can lag a little and drop framerate if your computer is overworked!

a hint is that its a puzzle with something out of place ^^

randall should have mentioned it after the final moths chase that leads you to the original staircase!i made it so he'd give you a hint if you didnt grab it earlier. dont worry youre not soft locked ^^
