I downloaded it, extracted it, opened it. But it just pop up it logo and crash after a few sec.

I remember the first time opening it, it said something about "Error, Failed to read memories" Or something before crashing.

Please help, I don't want my money to be wasted. 

I'm using Window 10 and got enough space in my disk for it. I also check if it was stopped by my anti virus programs but that's not the case.
