i think some of the paths i picked contradict each other, like sharing with alice and adrian leaving

I don't think there's a specific guide for that, there's def some contradictory things you can do with the routes so it's tricky, it's not game ending bad but it may cause some dialogue mess

Maybe if Adrian actually left it could be an issue, but the route just unlocks the option of Adrian taking you to Japan with him on the weekends. And currently you need to be willing to share somebody with him, which makes sense since some of the Japanese girls are shared.
