Have you tried using a bunch of SempillX? If you're at 69 Cum and you keep using SempillX or any item from a Mod that regenerate Cum and using them for too much you should get the ending. Cum count is max at 69 though, so maybe your save is bugged.

You could edit your save through the files, but I'm not an expert at this, so you have to find some guide yourself.
Use this Cheat Table to change your Cum Value, which is a lot easier to do compared to editing your save.
