Good catch! I'm now testing a tweak for 29-stone: "stays in hand [when played]" ---> "cannot be discarded". This limits that deck's effectiveness in the tournament and final battle.
It's not always unbeatable - the 89-master usually beats it, for example (only because they steal your 47 before you can play it). It's just a really good deck.
