I'm a big fan of your art and just purchased the generator and your entire collection.

I'm working with a friend on an action battle system that will include 8-direction sprite support and your sprites are perfect for the job, as they include all the actions needed in a battle system like this.

Can we include them in a tech demo?

This will be given away for free, to demonstrate the plugin features. The plugin is paid though.

I'll speak to my co creator on this but if you create sprite sheets via the generator and include them in a demo for the plugin I don't think there is any issues. Especially if you provide the credits to the generator.
