Are there any current hidden scenes, encrypted secrets, or hidden events that can happen randomely for unusually different experiences for replayability?

Hyup! There's quite a few too and witnessing them will trigger new dialogue for other scenes. There's a few that trigger on startup if you feel like quit-reload-min-maxing (but it's a lot more fun to come across it on accident).
