Issue downloading resources in my country through Cloudflare

My country, Spain, has banned all Cloudflare ips due a nonsense with the ilegal broadcast of football matches.

The downloads of itch.io go through Cloudflare storage, so I cannot download them. The alternate download mode does not work either. Any workaround for this that do not requiere VPN?
