Download the Data folder again and replace the one you have. Should fix it. If not, just tell me where you found the bug.
that worked, for reference it was in the south east section of the zombie lab underneath the castle sewers in the stretch just before you get to the talking zombie.

huh, i just started talking to the zombie girl in the south central portion of the map and just got the same error notice... odd...
