I am currently suffering a similar issue,
I think is ISP and location dependant i am in (Spain).
It looks like it has to do with IP banning from an ISP provider like "Movistar" it seems. Looks like they banned cloudlare tunnel IP's and all downloads in itch.io give me no response, or this page when right click open new tab.
Looks like no tunnel to any downloads will be accessible from Movistar Spain.
I'm shocked!
Using a VPN will solve the issue,
Because IP blocking is ISP node related. But WTF?!
BTW this issue happened because of Laliga Javier Tebas against pirated football streams.
Hello! i didnt use any, i like to keep my traffic in check in the ISP that provicdes me internet,. I just decided to wait until movistar gave up on banning theese Tunnels. Now it seems that all downloads are working fine from my ISP service!
But if i had to use a VPN i would use Proton VPN. anyways , no need for VPN right now! Have a wonderfull Sunday!
