He wont wake up, he is sleeping during day and night, and i havent done his quest yet

theres likely other quests locking him up likely relating to cecily or if thats not the case your weak may be too high to talk to him.(not gaurenteed to be a thing but i am making this recommendation based on other things)

i did all the quests involving cecily available and my weak is zero, the wiki tells me that i shouldnt start milo's mission, which i havent. but adam is still asleep

also, after completing milo's first quest and talking to him again after a few days, he still gives me the same first quest (killing adam) even though i've already done it.

Eccma took a look at the file and the flags set you are actually already on his quest you need to steal the id from the Sargent
