also, after completing milo's first quest and talking to him again after a few days, he still gives me the same first quest (killing adam) even though i've already done it.

how do i send it to you?

i did all the quests involving cecily available and my weak is zero, the wiki tells me that i shouldnt start milo's mission, which i havent. but adam is still asleep

He wont wake up, he is sleeping during day and night, and i havent done his quest yet
