I have a lot of trouble telling which girl is in which room from the icons. It's nice to know the two rooms where the girls are but I always check one room and half the time I'm looking for the other girl.

they look much bigger in this picture on my phone than when I play on my computer but yeah, these two icons

I don't think so but I play on desktop a bit far from the screen. I personally see two generic 3D brunette babe. If I had time and know-how, i would try to mode the game to replace the icon with cartoonish version of the girls easier to parse, accessorize the 3D portrait or tint the white border
