I just purchased this and installed it on my system running EndeavorOS. I'm running Cider 2.6.1.1. Every time I put in my password and verification code the screen refreshes and displays 403 forbidden.

Hello!

A fix for some customers has been to head over to https://beta.music.apple.com and signing in through there. If it works, fully restart Cider, and see if it lets you log in again!

this worked for me!

Same thing is happening to me now, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm on OpenSUSE TW. Tried .rpm and flatpak. I'm using Cider 2.6.1.9. Signing into Apple Music on the web doesn't help. The last page in the sign in prompt in Cider says "Problem Connecting - There may be a network issue."

Same here. I get a 403 forbidden response when trying to sign in.

Hello all!

Apple has had API issues for the last day or so. This means that Apple Music Web has also been down.

Make sure to update to latest. To make sure you have, open the Updates panel in Cider's main menu, then check to see if you have the latest Stable installed. If not, and it says you need to update, head over to your download provider. For Itch.io, it is no longer this download page, but instead Cider Taproom, a new page for us to easily deliver updates to our community. It allows you to log in with your Itch.io, Patreon, and Discord Supporter accounts. Head over to Taps, select your platform, and hit download. Then, head over to the in-app updater again and install stable. Latest as of writing this post is 2.6.1.9.

If you have any more questions feel free to comment under this post.

I'm simply getting a "Not Found" error. Seems like the underlying server refuses to load?
Re-installed from the Taproom binary.
