I would like to know how many deg/s the max and min the pitch/roll rate and yaw rate are...It would help a lot when switching to real life fpv!

Agreed. I was going to ask this very question myself.

Edit: This would help us make the simulated quad behave more like our real life counterparts.

The deg/s will depend on the rates but also on the angular drag, and the weight of the quad. I will think about a way to show it.
