A bit late to share, but that's the game I've made for the Godot Wild Jam #77. It combines the TBS-like puzzle during the day and TBS combat at night. Also, since the topic was "Metamorphosis," I creatively engaged with the Kafkas book under the same name :) I hope some people will enjoy it! And I think I will turn it into a full-fledged game in the next few months.
