Bullet Hell difficulties

Hello Edens Garden Team!

I truly loved playing the first chapter of Eden's garden. However I did have some issued with the argument altercation game. As someone who has little to no experience with bullet hells I couldn't complete the trial which I am extremely sad about. I feel if there were some way to get more health back, if the killer was a larger target, or there even was more time for the final puzzle it would have been doable. I wish I could have completed it but I ended up needing to watch a walkthrough to actually see the story through.

I loved the game otherwise and I really hope you'll take the time to listen. I think the game was just too difficult for the average player and I really want to see this game actually be playable and to share it with my friends.

Thank you for your time reading this and good luck on the rest of the story and game. I will be eagerly awaiting new installations!

yeah the bullet hell was uncompletable, really ridiculous

skissue imo

"Skill issue" you say ? Why, that's exactly the problem indeed.

You shouldn't have to require the skill level necessary to survive a bullet hell sequence when you're tying to play what is essentially a Visual Novel.

This is a 180° genre shift and would only work if the minigame was optional, but this is mandatory. Since most people going for this game will expect a difficulty level that's in line with the Danganrompa series, which is not known to require even half as good reflexes for its hardest minigames, a lot of people who are here mostly for the story will fell like this is a big middle finger from the game's design.

A player shouldn't get potentially gatekept from progressing by such a radical genre & difficulty shift after more than 10 hours of content that showed no sign this would happen.

So the problem isn't that a player doesn't have the skill to pass this, the problem is that it shouldn't be even possible for a skill issue to happen in the first place, which is sadly the case in this game.
