Reported in Survey:

"I had a couple of bugs. ... The second was getting thee First level up choice for EVERY interaction till I hit level 2."

I'm not able to reproduce this bug, but it sounds familiar.  I may have already encountered this and fixed it at some point.  If anyone still encounters this issue, please add any relevant details to this thread.
