In the quest Slime "Solution", acquired in the " Lakeview Adventurer's Guild", you have to get some slime perfume from witch Abby.
But after she "gave" it to me. There was nothing in my inventory, no item, armor, key item or recipe. Did I soft lock this quest?

Yes how do you complete this quest?

Go to the area of the world map below the Demon Camp (straight down from Lakeview, do not go inside the Demon Camp) to get to the cave system that connects the area between the first area and the second area. Walk a little bit into the caves and the cutscene should trigger.
