I'd recommend restarting all your devices (computer, headset, and router). Possibly try going to the user settings in HereSphere and disable the Network SMB Device Scan toggle. Maybe try backing up your save data, then uninstall the app and reinstall it. Test to see if the issue still occurs, and if it doesn't, try reloading your saved data.
