Are there any options to get a notification when you uploaded an update?
now i check evry other day.

I always send out an email to everyone that have purchased the sim when there's a major update.
(Not If there's only some minor fixes)
Not sure if you can subscribe to update notifications, but you can email support@itch.io and ask (they handle all the download stuff)
I actually uploaded a minor update today:
- fixed some controller calibration stuff
(if you already have a working calibration you won't notice any difference, but these fixes will hopefully make it easier for some people. also, you can now skip directly to the trim setup if you just want to tune your existing calibration)
- you can now hide the GUI more permanently when flying (press "v" on the keyboard)
- added a tall structure to the Meadow level as a bonus
