Sometimes to describe character's bodies it says pert... I am assuming that is a typo of some sort, the wants to be penetrated desire doesn't seem to be able to be fulfilled, And the big one, I clicked end day and a character (cali) just completely disappeared like she didn't exist, what could possibly cause that one, idk, anyways keep up the great work!
"Pert" is a valid adjective to describe a body part. Google Dictionary: (of a bodily feature or garment) attractive because neat and jaunty. "she had a pert nose and deep blue eyes".
I think you mean "wishes to penetrate" not "wishes to be penetrated", as the one you stated works fine but the other one had a small bug.
When you first offer to take Cali into your mansion, you will need to be careful how you treat her, or she will leave. There should have been a notification at the start of the day. If not, then perhaps there is a bug. If so, then the exact manner of her treatment, quest events, and/or a timetable would aid in tracking it down.
If you have a save file from that progress (preferably the day before, but even long after the event may be fine) you can post it here or on discord and I can see what it thinks happened. Or if you feel up to it, use a text editor to open the file, search for "cali" and post the details related to her here(should be 2 or 3 values).
I just loaded the last day and played through it again and cali was still with me that time around, but when it happened, there was zero mention of her at all, she was just not there anymore. (Also forgive me for mentioning a possible typo while making several typos of my mine, that's good creditability)
