I got logged off and forgot my password, and all my attempts to reset have had no success (I get no password reset email)

I tried to contact support directly via email, but after looking into the topic I saw multiple questions here having the same issue and decided to make a backup account to reach out.

needless to say the verification email for this backup account worked, it is just the reset emails for my main one.

edit: also, I have checked spam and such, nothing there.
