After an unscheduled shutdown of my PC, all my saves and even graphics settings were lost, which cannot be returned in any way. Even reinstalling the game didn't help, I hope at least you can help
Regenerate sav.data is an option in the settings menu. If you mean where are your save files located they would be in "Users/"your username"/AppData/Local/VotV/Saved/Savegames"
