Two candidates fighting for the Whitehouse, an an old style 2D beat 'em up.

This started off as a reskin and port from an iOS game that we released last year. As is the way, feature creep set in and over the last couple of weeks we've also worked on the flow and many aspects of the code. I'm looking for some feedback on the control system as it was originally designed for touch and so used a gesture system (swiping etc..) however this has been replaced with keyboard controls for the web version.
