How can I run a full-screen game on a PC?

I start the game, a window appears that asks if I want to start learning and tells me to press the X or O keys, which are not available on the PC at all. Is there any way to stretch the game to full screen?

X and O are the playstation keys, they would be A and B respectively, you can change to Xbox in the config menu!

Also in the config menu under video you set resolution mode to 16:9, then you can set Fullscreen.

This will be updated to default to 16:9 on PC, haha!

It's controller only, no mouse or keyboard yet!

But you can navigate with any controller, if you have an Xbox controller it'll work just as well!
