I don't know very many things about computers, and running the game is included in my lack of knowledge.

It downloads as a Zip file that will need to be extracted with an unzipping program. Once you have the file downloaded find its location (default is usually a folder called downloads) and unzip it to a new folder. From there simply click he icon within the folder and you are off!

It has some neat features like only downloading what's changed in new version, rather than the whole thing.
